Experience: 6 months - 7 years

Work Location: Chennai

Job Description:

Provide voice, email and chat based technical support

The option to do online demos and customer training.

Gathering and analysis of requirement

Resolve a users need as soon as possible

Pre-requisites:

Very good written and spoken English.

Capable of providing phone call based support to USA and UK customers.

Interested to imitate new technologies

Note:

Should be willing to relocate and willing to work night shifts

It is not open to 2025 graduates to apply for this role.
