Job Opportunity: Technical Support Engineer at Zoho

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers.
• The member of staff will host online demonstrations and deliver training sessions for customers.
• Support processes require using organized approaches for their operation.
• Keep all customer queries short while you maintain swift follow-up procedures.
• Show proof of concept (POC) to prospective leads when you communicate with them.
• The team provides correct solutions to customer problems in a timely manner.

Candidate Requirements:

• The candidate needs both excellent English speaking and writing skills as a requirement.
• Knowledge of Hindi as well as any other regional language enhances opportunities in this position.
• Open to freshers or candidates with up to 4 years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Preferable is previous experience providing phone-based customer support solutions to customers both in the USA and UK.
• The candidate has availability for working at night times alongside the willingness to move their residence if needed.
• Passion for learning new technologies.
